The sexual assault hasn't been proven because a minority of Americans have majorities in congress and all congressional committees are chaired by Яape-ubliKKKriminal$.
There's plenty of proof that KKKavanaugh committed multiple counts of perjury under oath but he won't be prosecuted for the above reason...
Until and unless Democrats win back control of at least the House of Representatives they will continue the destruction of the US. There are a bunch of investigations Яape-ubliKKKriminal$ have stymied with the biggest criminal conspiracy to obstruct justice in American history that are simmering on a back burner until Dems win and get committee chairs and subpoena power.
The scumbag now sits on the Supreme Court.

One thing that might be a bright spot is that Chief Justice John Roberts appears to be opening an investigation into Kavanaugh's unfitness to sit on the court.
